September

Lot's of pictures from September!

Our Favorite Time of Year--Football Season

The little girls are ready for game day...Malia's FSU, Bree's Clemson, and Olivia's OSU outfits that I made them (Olivia already has her dress)!

Game Day Wings

The Patterson's know how to do game day!

Cheering on their teams!
Family Movie Night

We had our fist family movie night and watched Toy Story together. Koa watched the entire thing and LOVED it!
First Family Beach Day (with Malia)
Happy girl! It's like she belongs here! :)

There were a bunch of pelicans all hanging out together on the water.

Koa didn't want to cooperate for this picture...but we got one of them together!

Last time she can wear this adorable swim suit from her cousin, April!

She figured out beach naps real quick!

busy boy

blowing bubbles :)
Random Pictures

It's crazy to see how far she has come in a month...her arms are coordinated enough to grab onto her toys now!

Mommy got the jungle out of the attic! She loves it!
Enjoying some backyard time, and watching Naia chase dragon flies. Koa was running around with her and then this happened...

Backyard pool time!

Daddy getting a chest nap. These don't happen very often with Malia. She isn't a fan of napping on us, so we take advantage of the ones we do get!

We borrowed Miss Becky's jogging stroller and Malia proved that she is ready for one of her own!

Yay! It came in the mail and Koa didn't want to get out of it!

Ready for our first jog!

Happy girl!
Malia having a great conversation about her day under her jungle...she makes me smile!

We read Red Fish, Blue Fish and made some cool fish to go along with it! Koa loves doing these projects and reading his books.

Guess who's 3 months?

This girl is! :) Love how she is pointing to the "three."

Getting better at playing with her jungle...holding her bird.
I was in the kitchen and heard a crinkle noise...came around the corner and I found Malia playing with the butterfly in her jungle! She's mastering those hands!

"Woa hold Mya? Too big!"

Another Clemson outfit for Bree. The onesie was too wide/short, so I removed the bottom and added a skirt. Gonna have to do this with some of Koa's old onesies that Malia is outgrowing!

Brother and sister, just hanging out!
We got Malia rolling over!

Game Day at O'Brien's with the Taylors
Protecting little ears from the loud music!

Koa and Layla dancing!

Daddy's noise canceling headphones must work pretty well!

Koa and Brutus!

More Pics
My all time favorite video of Koa. His little imagination is full force right now and his stuffed animals are his best friends. He does such a good job taking care of them! :)

Malia joined us for dinner at the table for the first time (usually she is sleeping). She was such a good girl and loved hanging out with us!

Koa loves his back pack from his Granpa and Granma Kaleikini!
This was a video we posted on face book for our friends Willie and Lindsey Ruiz's little girl, Gaby.

Getting some tummy time...doing a pretty good job of holding her head up!
Park and Chick-fil-a Day with our Baby Class Friends
We enjoyed playing at the park and then went to Chick-fil-a with our friends. It was Koa's first time playing in the play area and he loved it!

Busch Gardens Day with our Friends

Koa loves the huge sand box. Mommy does not. Messy.

Even the little girls enjoyed the Elmo show!

We found a super fun water area for them to play in!

Nap time!

And More Pics
Koa and Kimo had a pretty good balloon game going. I love that our dogs are so sweet to Koa and he loves playing with them.

Bayshore Blvd is our favorite place to do the long runs...seven miles on this day!

This is the new water park the added to Ballast Point Park (where we park to do the Bayshore runs). Added motivation for finishing our miles!

Koa found Joey's old polaroid camera for work and there was even some film left in it!

He loved it!

Project of the Month...fix the shower!
Before: water damage behind tiles...this is gonna take a little more than some caulk!

Joey did a great job with the demolition! :) Now for rebuilding!

Koa loves playing with "everybody" (his stuffed animals).

Mommy wanted to mow the grass for Daddy and Malia didn't want to nap in the house. So, she came with me and took her nap while mowing!

Koa's putting the finishing touch (elmo sticker) on his binoculours.

Easy, but fun project!

This week's book was "Five Speckled Frogs" and I made this manipulative to go with the book. He loves taking the frogs off of their log at the appropriate time and putting them in their "pool." I need to get a video of him in action!

Still playing with his binoculaurs!

Love these heart ruffle pj's from Aunt Pam and Uncle Dan! :)

Koa is napping and Malia is hanging out with Mommy while I cut coupons.

Darn narcaleptic stroller got him again! :)

Happy girl at dinner with her family!

We had a visitor in the backyard.

Koa loved the turtle!

With a swaddle and binks, this girl can sleep anywhere!

One of Koa's favorite things these days...tucking "everybody" into bed!

Koa's bulletin board in his room...He's holding the Red Fish, Blue Fish library book and you can see his fish he made.

God made the fish and birds on day 5...Koa is painting a fish.

In his collared shirt and golfing in the backyard. Cracked me up!

Watching his movie and reading about Helen Keller.

Koa's handprints made the wings on the bird that I painted (thanks, Aunt Lois and Uncle Jim for the cool book with animal projects)!

Love this happy face!

I made Kimo and Naia a new bed...Koa happens to love it too!

Playing with Mickey friends.

This is how Joey and I found Koa and Malia sleeping when we checked on them before we went to bed. I like how Ellie gets the pillow!

Building a tower with the dvd's...

and then getting in the storage cube once it's emptied!

Hmm...squirrel in our "squirrel-proof" bird feeder.

God created the animals on Day 6...

...finished project. Koa picked out the stickers.

Eating tomato soup and doing a pretty good job with that spoon!

play doh time!

Malia sporting the beautiful hat that our pastor's wife (and dear friend) made her!

All ready to go out to eat...even have on my Nike's!

Swaddle, binks, nap...at dinner!
Family Day at Lithia Springs

Love that you can see all the fish!

And Even More Pics...
Koa was playing almost with Malia and his Mickey friends. He showed her all of them as he set them up next to her!

Malia with her leg warmers (a favorite with her onesies in the air conditioning)!

Joey had to work late at SOT, so the dogs got a special treat and fell asleep on his side of the bed. They were in doggie heaven!

Koa came into our room on a Saturday morning and started flipping through the Florida Statutes book saying, "Woa's Jesus." He thinks it's the Bible...and we let him go ahead and think it!

He then proceded to find my shoes from the night before and put them on. Joey almost had a heart attack until Koa said, "Wooks funny." Joey was sure to agree with him that it looked really funny!

We made another animal from Aunt Lois and Uncle Jim's cool book. :)

Cool project from Publix Preschool Program.

Malia happily hangs out with us at the table while Koa does his projects.

Koa was asleep with "everybody." His imagination cracks me up!
