March

March was a fun month filled with Joey's birthday, a trip to Disney, and Easter! Koa also started his gymnastics class the end of the month--that has to be one of my favorite things we do right now! It's so cute watching all of these cute little kids try to make their bodies do forward rolls, handstands, and walk on the balance beam!

Eating strawberry shortcake at the strawberry festival...Koa hasn't missed a year yet!

Koa took a picture of granma and granpa enjoying theirs too...I guess he was going for a candid shot!

Look at me...I'm such a big girl!

Joey's class got him a birthday cake. They surprised him and came to his competition at the Pier and cheered him on. They had a picture of him doing a muscle up put on the cake!

My first crossfit booboos...I'm sure there will be many more! Thanks for the chapstick tip, Mom!

Family hiking trip. Koa wanted to look at all of the ants!

Yay! Nine months old! Such a sweet girl!

See that? It says I'm 9 months old now!
Koa is learning Hawaiian Nursery Rhymes thanks to our friend, Jessi! We love this book!

Joey asks Koa how his workout was and we get to hear him talk about his burpees and snatches.
Koa doing a burpee...he's gotten pretty good at them!

Mommy put a hair clip in my hair...
SEE??!!

Koa loves Naia! And you can see her tumor on her back leg here. She is actually spending the night at the vet tonight, recovering from her surgery. Poor baby!
Playing at the park at the resort in Orlando!
This is how you baby proof a hotel room! Use the bar stools!
Yes, I actually took my sewing machine with us so I could finish up making the kids St Patrick's Day Mickey Mouse shirts!
Not a chance this bow is staying in my hair, Mom!
Pretty sure this is an "up" slide that Koa insists on going down.
Koa has Simba on his shoulders. We are taking Simba to watch the Lion King musical at Animal Kingdom.

But first, a picture with Mickey!

Ready to watch Lion King!

One excited little boy!

He made sure Simba could see the whole thing and even made him dance!
Had to get a picture with Simba!

Biiiiiiggg Dinosaur!

Koa fell asleep before lunch. I wanted to show him the monkeys while Joey got our lunch. Got them over by the exhibit and when I pulled back the canopy, he was OUT!

Malia took advantage of the situation and grabbed Simba to play with!
He was so excited to get a picture at Mickey's castle while we waited on the show to start!

Koa took a picture of Mommy.

And we took some together while we waited...

And some silly ones...

Love these guys!

It was so much fun watching Koa hand his autograph book to the characters for a signature!

We got to go on the new Little Mermaid ride...Koa loved it!
In our seashell ready for the ride...flash made Koa have sleepy eyes!

I think Malia really does think Mickey Mouse is her boyfriend!

Train ride around Magic Kingdom...Aaaaalll Aboard!

We love the train ride!

Waiting for the 10:00 fireworks!

On the bus...both kids passed out on the way back to the bus and the bus driver let us leave them in there and use the wheel chair lift to get them on and off the bus. We took full advantage of this and wheeled them out to the hot tubs and got to relax a little before bed! Perfect Disney Day!

And Koa slept in til 10:00...a new record!
We enjoyed the day at the resort pools!

Joey showed Koa how to feed the duck while he grilled.

Love her pineapple bathing suit from Amelia!

Watched the plane write out "JESUS LVES." We had a good laugh over that one!

Mommy and Daddy time during nap time! So glad our kids nap in their stroller!

We played Cootie with Koa for the first time! He loved building the bugs!

Malia decided to use the top of her pack and play to balance her bottle while she drank it...silly girl!
What, you don't want all the contents of the diaper bag in this laundry basket?

After asking me to come get Malia because she was "getting his toys" and I told him that I was making dinner and I couldn't, he took matters into his own hands. He trapped her under the laundry basket and she thought it was a fun game!

Mommy, Koa, and Belle played Cooties tonight!
Malia was teetering on the edge of a mini drop off and hanging onto the grass...she managed to stay upright and crawl away! She loves being outside!
So, we put our house on the market...
It's gonna take just the right investment group to buy our house...

So, we are leaving it up to God...if it's meant to be, it will happen!

Since we had the house all cleaned up (I mean, it ALWAYS looks this way ;)...

and we had to take pictures to list it...

I thought I would include them on the post for those of you who have never been over to visit!

We had to take quite a bit of "baby stuff" out of the house.

Koa's big boy room! I think Malia was napping in her room, so we missed pictures of her room!

And here is the reason we are thinking it might be time for a sightly larger home: baby/kid stuff, crafting stuff, and a guest bed all fill the garage! A lot of this stuff goes in the house, but we had to remove it for the pictures! We watch HGTV...DECLUTTER is the key, right? :)
He told me I had to cheer for him while he worked out...and that's what he got! Time to get this kid in gymnastics!
Our behind the fence, rubbermaid garden! Squash, canteloupe, and blueberries...

Yellow peppers, onions, marigolds, herbs, and strawberries...
Four of the large variety tomatoes, more herbs, and broccoli...

Cucumber and Canteloupe...

Two cherry tomatoes and more onions...

Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey (that's our donkey).

There are our surprise sunflowers...that's what happens when Koa plays in the bird feeders!

Love it when he has had so much fun he falls alseep on the ride home!

Koa is riding Layla's horse (he carries his thing around from room to room)!

Little Miss is playing in the big kid play area at the mall...

And loving it!

Her poor hair clips are falling out! :)

So, I am holding Malia, trying to video and keep Koa on course all at the same time! All things considered...I think it went pretty well! :) He LOVES gymnastics and has gotten really good at listening and following directions!
These two enjoying their new dog bed...attached at all times! We sure do love them!
Koa loves singing the Lion King music, so I tried findin a Pandora Station. It worked. We had our own dance party after dinner...Koa and Malia loved it!

Coloring Easter eggs! Koa really enjoyed it!

Funny story: woke up one morning and my diamond was gone. Somehow managed to find it in our closet laying on the floor. Whew! So glad it's all put back together now!

Malia is looking for her Easter basket.

She found it!

What's in here?!

Yay!
Looking for his Easter basket...

In the kitchen?

On the kitchen?

There it is!
Yay!

Checkin out the goods with Daddy.

Poor Malia was so tired at church! And she got to wear her football leg warmers with her Easter dress! :)

Koa loves his "special treat bunny!"
His first chocolate bunny...he saw it on TV and pointed it out to Joey! I think he was pretty happy that the Easter bunny brought him one!
After three days of eating a few bites at a time...
I love how Koa asked for a certain number of bites of his "special treat bunny" and he gets so excited that he has a hard time counting!
