One of our friends had to do a qualifier wod for a competition. I told her I would do it with her. Another friend was there takin pictures and we ended up with some pretty good ones of Koa!
Koa's Workout:
Mommy's workout:
Same feeling at the end of every workout: So glad that's over! :)
College football is here! FSU didn't play til Monday night, but we enjoyed our football snacks and watched the games all day!
Koa enjoyed the self serve snack station! He helped me prepare the "wok-a-molee," nachos, "waterlemon", veggies and dip and cookies. I love how his shorts are all twisted after he put them on by himself!
We enjoyed a beach day with some friends. Malia ran all over that beach...no more crawling! She loves the water and so does Koa! What a fun day!
I love hearing Joey read Koa stories at bedtime! He was tuckered out after our beach day!
FSU Opening Game
Game Day! :)
Malia will not leave her FSU shirt on!
Silly Girl
Practicing her forward roll...
Layla and Olivia were so cute in their matching dresses!
She really is crazy!
Yay! We love football!
This silly girl decided it would be fun to start eating part of her meals with no hands...
What is going through her little head?!
Our caterpillars are in their chrysalises.
Malia was playing earthquake...
while Koa was playing trains (it's one of his favorite activities right now).
Yay! The Painted Lady Butterflies starting emerging!
Koa is cleaning up his little mess he made while feeding the dogs...
We made it to the park in Hyde Park with our friends...the trick is to go early before it's hot!
No more skinned knees now that she is walking! :)
My first at home workout...muscle up progressions in the backyard and snatches in the garage. The kids loved it (they got to nap in the air conditioning)!
The freezer works well for a white board!
More butterflies emerging!
Grocery shopping today...the kids were so good!
Koa was cracking me up the way he was organizing the food and piling it on himself!
We came home and gave our butterflies some orange gatorade to eat...we watced two of them drink it!
Koa kept saying, "They like me" and "Hi, you guys!"
